China Yituo Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Yituo"), formerly known as the First Tractor Manufacturing Factory, was one of the 156 key construction projects during the "First Five Year Plan" period of the country. Construction began in 1955 and was completed and put into operation in 1959. The first tractor and military off-road heavy-duty vehicle of New China were born here. After more than 60 years of development, a large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprise group has been formed with agricultural machinery as its core, while also operating diversified products such as power machinery and components. It is a key backbone enterprise in China's agricultural machinery industry. In February 2008, the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council approved the restructuring plan between China Machinery Industry Corporation Limited and China Yituo, officially entering the central enterprise sequence. Since its establishment, China Yituo has provided more than 3.4 million tractors and 2.6 million power machinery to society, making positive contributions to the construction of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China. The affiliated First Tractor Co., Ltd. is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange, and is the only agricultural machinery enterprise in China with an "A+H" listing platform.
