This machine consists of a stainless steel fully enclosed base, body, stainless steel coating pot, hot air system, external heater, reducer, and electrical control system. Users can choose their own configuration according to process requirements.
working principle:
After turning on the machine, the pills in the pot undergo complex movements inside the stainless steel coating pot under the action of gravity and friction. When the coating materials are evenly sprayed on the surface of the pills, the hot air sent into the coating pot dries the pills. Through multiple cycles, the coating film on the surface of the pills becomes uniform, colored, and polished, making the pills more beautiful, easy to store, and distinguish.

The coating pot is made of stainless steel material that meets GMP requirements; The inner and outer surfaces of the coating pot are polished and shiny, with sharp corners, no dirt accumulation, easy cleaning, and no pollution.

1、 Sugar coating
Prepare syrup in proportion
Pour the pills into the pot and start rotating the pot. According to the process, pour a certain amount of syrup into the pot, sprinkle it on the pills and keep rotating for a few minutes. When the syrup is evenly wrapped on the surface of the pills, turn on the hot air and external heating. Adjust the pot speed to the highest and keep it in this state until the pills are dry (during this period, you can use a tool to slightly move the clumped pills to disperse them)
After complete drying, a layer of isolation is formed. Turn off the hot air and repeat the above operation 1-2 times to form a complete isolation layer. In order to maintain the temperature of the pot, the external heating can be left on when turning off the hot air. After this process is completed, enter the next program.
Turn off the hot air, sprinkle a certain amount of syrup into the pot, and homogenize the mixture. Then sprinkle a certain amount of talcum powder into the pot and keep the pot rotating for mixing. After the surface of the tablets is covered with talcum powder, turn on the hot air to adjust the pot speed to the highest, and then heat until the tablets are dry (during this period, you can use a tool to slightly move the clumped tablets to disperse them). We have completed the packaging of a layer of powder slurry. Repeat the above operation 10-15 times until the pill forms a regular shape.
Pour the medicinal pigments into the syrup in proportion and prepare a color paste. According to the above method of packaging the isolation layer, form a color paste layer and repeat 2-3 times to make the color uniform. Once the process requirements are met, stop coating and sprinkle a small amount of wax for rolling. Wait until the color of the pills is bright before taking them out of the pot.
2、 Film coating
Prepare coating solution according to proportion and industrial requirements.
The pills are first placed in the pot for preheating. At this time, the pot does not rotate or move slightly to reduce the wear of the pills. When the pills reach the required temperature for the process, rotate the pot and turn on the spray gun to spray the prepared liquid on the surface of the pills. During the coating process, ensure that the hot air blown in by the heater dries the liquid sprayed on the surface of the pills to form a protective film.
Until the prepared liquid is sprayed completely.
If alcohol is used as the solvent for the film coating solution, external heating should be prohibited to prevent it from exploding when exposed to an open flame after the alcohol concentration reaches a certain value.
