One main purpose:
The WLF turbine crusher is a new generation of crusher designed and developed based on our company's accumulated experience in crushing materials and the actual national conditions of China. This machine is mainly suitable for crushing and processing low to medium hardness materials such as chemicals, dyes, additives, feed, food, medicine, sawdust, chemical fibers, and non-metallic minerals. The fineness can be adjusted between 20-120 mesh, and it has the advantages of high output, fine particle size, low noise, low energy consumption, simple maintenance, and easy installation. It is particularly suitable for crushing and processing low to medium hardness materials such as oil, viscosity, heat sensitivity, and fiber (such as ginger, chili, pepper, oil wheat, almond soybean, star anise, cinnamon).
2、 Structure and working principle:
1. Structure:
The WLF type turbine crushing chamber is mainly composed of components such as the casing, door, turbine, main shaft, screen mesh, pulley, and electric motor. The schematic diagram of the crushing chamber structure is shown in the attached figure.
2. Working principle:
When in motion, the motor drives the spindle and turbine to rotate at high speed (up to 3800r/min). The turbine and the grinding blocks on the screen ring form a crushing and grinding pair. When the material enters the machine cavity from the feeding hopper, it tightly rubs and strongly impacts the inner side of the turbine blades in the rotating airflow of the turbine, and grinds again in the gap between the blades and the grinding blocks. While crushing materials, the turbine sucks in a large amount of air, which plays a role in cooling the machine, grinding materials, and conveying fine materials. The fineness of material crushing depends on the properties of the material and the size of the sieve, as well as the throughput of the material and air. The crushed materials are transported into the cyclone separator through negative pressure air transportation. The machine has a continuous discharge effect and effectively utilizes the assembly line operation. The dust is filtered and recovered through a bag filter in the vacuum cleaner. The machine is designed according to the "GMP" standard and is entirely made of stainless steel material, with no dust flying during the production process. And it can improve the utilization rate of materials, reduce enterprise costs, and has now reached the international advanced level.
WF's bearing components are equipped with specially designed labyrinth seals, which can effectively prevent dust from entering the bearing chamber, thereby extending the service life of the bearing. The machine door is equipped with a silicone rubber sealing ring, which prevents dust leakage and pollutes the operating environment.
3、 Characteristics:
1. Strong crushing ability, low energy consumption, and relatively small product fineness.
2. The crushing space is large, and the high-strength wind pressure generated during the operation of the turbine can not only improve production capacity, reduce over crushing phenomenon, but also effectively avoid the sedimentation and blockage of the sieve caused by the material during the crushing process.
3. Due to enhanced shearing, the crushing ability of fibrous materials is higher than that of general equipment.
4. The installation of the screen mesh is convenient and the positioning is reliable, all of which are inserted. The service life is much longer compared to the ring screen form.
5. Design a built-in motor to lower the center of gravity of the machine, effectively reducing equipment noise
