Reliability of operation
The relative linkage parts (valve seat and stem bearing) of large-diameter ball valves have a small operating torque due to the use of PTFE with a low friction coefficient. In addition, the long-term lubrication of the sealing grease makes the operation more flexible.
Valve seat structure
There are two types of valve seat structures: single seal and double seal structures. Generally, single seal structures have the ability to self release pressure, while double seal structures are equipped with safety relief devices attached to the valve body.
Valve stem elongation
The valve stem extension is suitable for underground and low-temperature use, and the extension size is determined according to the needs. The operation methods include manual, pneumatic, electric, gas-liquid linkage, etc.
Safety against external forces
The wall thickness of the valve body is designed according to the safety regulations of high-pressure vessels, and it meets the requirements of API6D for external force resistance and bending resistance, with sufficient strength.
