❀ Product Introduction
The KN electronic water processor utilizes the high-frequency alternating electromagnetic field generated by electronic components to change the physical properties of water as it passes through the processor. The originally associated chain like macromolecules break down into individual water molecules, increasing the dipole moment of the water molecules. Polarized individual water molecules surround the positive and negative ions that dissolve salt in the water, reducing the speed of salt ion movement and electrostatic attraction. The chance of collision and binding is greatly reduced, making it impossible to form scale and achieve the purpose of scale prevention. The dipole moment of polar water molecules increases, and the attraction between them and salt positive and negative ions increases, causing the existing scale on the heating surface or pipe wall to become soft, crack, and fall off on its own under the pulling force of water, thus achieving the purpose of scale removal. At the same time, the micro current in water destroys the living environment of microorganisms. In addition, the reactive oxygen species formed in water can oxidize the cell membrane of microorganisms, destroy their dismutation enzymes, and kill microorganisms in water, achieving the goal of sterilization and algae elimination.

Our company's regular products adjust various electrical parameters based on the water quality conditions in the user's location. If the user has special water quality or special requirements that require targeted treatment, special models can be proposed:
A、 Universal model: Under general water quality conditions, it has functions of anti scaling, descaling, sterilization, algae removal, and corrosion inhibition; Scale inhibition rate ≥ 98%, sterilization and algae killing rate ≥ 97%.
B、 Strong scale removal model: mainly aimed at systems with hard water quality and temperature ≤ 120 ℃ for preventing scale removal.
C、 Sterilization and algae killing type, mainly used in systems with vigorous bacterial and algal reproduction, while also having anti scaling and descaling functions, with a sterilization and algae killing rate of ≥ 97%.
D、 Special type: Extract applicable electrical parameters from the electrical parameter library for special production based on the user's special situation.

Equipment Selection
① According to the selection of water treatment capacity, the diameter of the water processor should generally be equal to the diameter of the water pipe. If it does not match, a larger equipment should be selected.
② The hardness of the water treated by this equipment is less than 800mg/L (calculated as CoCo3); Special requirements can be customized.
③ This product is prohibited from being used on steam boilers or pipe rack boilers.

❀ Installation principles
① The installation selection principle is based on the matching principle of pipe diameter and flow rate; Simply turn on the electronic control switch during operation, and the running indicator light will turn on.
② The water temperature flowing through this product is below 95 ℃, and the minimum ambient temperature for use is -10 ℃.
③ Pay attention to the waterproof and rainproof properties of the electronic controller, and do not collide with it during installation.
