1、 Overview
ZYF-705 Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer, also known as Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer, Zirconia Analyzer/Zirconia Oxygen Meter/Zirconia Oxygen Meter.
It is mainly used to measure the oxygen concentration of flue gas during combustion, and is also suitable for measuring the oxygen concentration of non combustion gases. The electrochemical cell (oxygen concentration cell, also known as zirconium head) with constant temperature inside the sensor generates a millivolt potential, which directly reflects the oxygen concentration value in the flue gas. The key component of an oxygen sensor is zirconia, and porous platinum electrodes are coated on both sides of the zirconia element to form an oxygen concentration difference cell. It is located at the top of the sensor. In order to maintain the rated operating temperature of the battery, a heater is installed in the sensor. Use the temperature controller inside the oxygen analyzer to control the temperature of zirconia to be constant. The composition of zirconia oxygen analyzer is composed of oxygen sensor (also known as oxygen probe, oxygen detector), oxygen analyzer (also known as transmitter, transmission unit, converter, analyzer) and their connecting cables.
2、 Purpose:
The ZYF-705 series zirconia oxygen analyzer can quickly and accurately detect and analyze the flue gas content generated by combustion equipment such as boilers, kilns, and heating furnaces during the combustion process, in order to achieve low oxygen combustion control, energy conservation, and reduce environmental pollution.
The ZYF-705 series zirconia oxygen analyzer consists of two parts: a zirconia head (primary instrument) and an oxygen transmitter (secondary instrument).
The ZYF-705 zirconia probe housing is made of high temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant stainless steel material. No need for an external gas pump, the reference gas can self circulate. And it is equipped with a standard gas interface, which can be calibrated and verified with standard gas during on-site operation. The probe zirconium tube can be easily disassembled and replaced.
The ZYF-705 oxygen transmitter has a simple structure, standardized installation dimensions, reasonable circuit design, good process quality, stable and reliable instrument performance, and easy debugging.

5Special attention
1. The 4-20mA output of this instrument is an analog signal output. When connecting it to a computer, it is necessary to first check whether the input method of the computer is analog signal input or two-wire input. If it is analog

Analog signal input, which can directly connect the output of the instrument with the input of the computer; If the computer has a two-wire input, an isolator must be installed between the output of the instrument and the input of the computer in order for the instrument to function properly. (Computers all have a two-wire input, which is both a signal line and a power line.) If the analog signal input is mistakenly connected as a two-wire input, the output of the instrument will be damaged. This must be noted.
3. When the boiler stops running, it is necessary to disconnect the power supply of the oxygen analyzer at the same time to ensure the normal working life of the zirconia probe.
4. When cleaning the flue dust with water in the vulcanizing bed furnace, please do not sprinkle water on the zirconia probe. The zirconia tube will burst if it comes into contact with water.
6、 Precautions for installation of zirconia probe oxygen analyzer
1. The oxygen probe must be slowly inserted into the flue during installation to avoid the zirconium tube from bursting when exposed to high temperatures; There are two air inlets on the oxygen probe junction box, which must face downwards. One inlet is the reference gas inlet, which is normally open and cannot be blocked; The other air inlet is the standard air inlet, which is normally closed and must be blocked after the test to ensure measurement accuracy.
2. The oxygen probe must be installed with asbestos pads between the flanges to prevent air leakage and ensure measurement accuracy is not affected; The bottom of the oxygen probe is equipped with a white filter, which accumulates dust over time and affects gas penetration. It must be replaced in a timely manner.
3. After 8-10 months of use, the oxygen probe needs to be recalibrated to determine the background value. If there is no standard gas, follow the above method to determine. Please use standard gas calibration. Our factory provides standard gas and zirconia calibration devices.
The main component of the oxygen analyzer is the integrated circuit, and the working temperature of the integrated circuit cannot exceed 55 ℃. Therefore, the installation position of the oxygen analyzer should be selected in a ventilated and shaded area, where rainwater cannot reach and the ambient temperature cannot exceed 50 ℃.
7、 Selection of installation points
1. The oxygen probe should be installed when the flue gas flows well, and should not be installed on the inside of the furnace Dead corners At the vortex and contraction points, the inner and dead corners are prone to slow response, the oxygen content fluctuates greatly at the vortex points, and the contraction points are prone to ash blockage and erosion; There should be an operating platform at the installation point for easy installation and calibration of the probe, making installation and operation convenient.
2. Power plant boilers and industrial boilers should install oxygen probes between the superheater and the economizer, with a smoke ignition temperature of around 400 ℃.
