The specialized rotary flash dryer for zinc stearate was developed and designed by our factory after consulting relevant information. This machine has a reasonable design, compact structure, and wide range of applications. It can be used in various chemical and light industries such as pigments, dyes, fine chemicals, pesticides, fertilizers, feed, food, medicine, electronics, etc. It can dry paste materials with high moisture content. To achieve the goal of efficient, fast, energy-saving, large-scale production of small equipment, and continuous operation, it belongs to the domestic * and has reached the advanced level of the 1990s.
Our factory uses CAD design when undertaking non-standard designs, which has the advantages of being fast, convenient, time-saving, and accurate.

Working principle
Hot air enters the bottom of the dryer through the inlet pipe at a suitable spraying speed and enters the mixing, crushing, and drying chamber, causing strong shearing, blowing, and rotating effects on the material. As a result, the material is subjected to centrifugation, shearing, collision, and friction, and is atomized, enhancing mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, larger and wetter particle clusters are mechanically crushed under the action of the agitator. Particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are carried up by the rotating airflow and further dried during the upward process. Due to the rotating flow of gas-solid phases, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, and the relative velocity between the solid and gas phases is higher, which enhances the heat and mass transfer between the two phases. Therefore, the production intensity of this machine is high.

Due to the material being subjected to centrifugation, shearing, collision, and friction, it becomes highly dispersed and the relative velocity between gas and solid is high, which enhances heat and mass transfer and increases the production intensity of the machine.
★ The dry gas enters the bottom of the dryer, generating a strong rotating airflow, which has a strong flushing effect on the material on the wall and eliminates wall sticking.
In the high-temperature zone at the bottom of the dryer, heat sensitive materials do not come into direct contact with the hot surface, solving the problem of coking and discoloration of heat sensitive materials.
Due to the high circumferential gas velocity in the drying chamber, the material retention time is short, achieving high efficiency, speed, and large-scale production with small equipment.
★ Install rotary blades inside the drying room to control the moisture content of the material to a very low level.
The upper part of the dryer can control the particle size and humidity of the outlet material.
