1、 Overview

ZZMP self operated nitrogen sealing valve is a self operated differential pressure (or micro pressure) regulating valve used to stabilize the nitrogen sealing pressure at the top of storage tanks. Ensuring that the nitrogen pressure at the top of the storage tank is always slightly higher than atmospheric pressure, isolates the stored liquid from air, and ensures the safety of the storage tank. It is the main role of the nitrogen sealing device, hence the name nitrogen sealing valve. It consists of an actuator, valves, and pressure fittings, and its characteristics are as follows:

It does not require external energy, but utilizes the energy of the regulated medium to achieve automatic regulation.

2. The diaphragm has a large effective area and can sense small pressure changes. There are multiple differential pressure (micro pressure) ranges to choose from, and within the specified differential pressure range, the set value can be adjusted arbitrarily under working conditions.

3. Adopting a single seat valve core with fast opening characteristics, and without packing, there is no friction in the movement of the valve stem Therefore, the action is sensitive and there is less leakage.

4. The valve body is a four-way structure, so both pressure open and pressure closed types can use the same valve body.

Due to its lack of external energy drive and the need for automatic control instruments such as transmitters and regulators, it is widely used in remote, isolated, and stable control scenarios. In addition to being used for nitrogen encapsulation, it can also be used to adjust the ratio of gas to air to ensure full combustion of gas stoves; Or used in the sealing oil system of hydrogen cooled generator sets to control the pressure difference between the sealing oil and hydrogen gas, ensuring reliable sealing, etc.
