The ZZJ-800 series rolling mill auxiliary transmission electric motor is our company's main product, manufactured in accordance with the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC-34-13 "Rolling Mill Auxiliary Transmission Electric Motor" standard. It is an important power equipment in the steel industry and can withstand frequent starting, frequent reversible braking, and repeated large overload torque in harsh working environments. It is mainly used in equipment such as work roller conveyors, pressing devices, loose sleeve tension rollers, shearing machines, clamp cranes, etc. It is an updated replacement product for ZZ/ZZK, ZZY, ZZJO, ZZJ2 and other series motors.

This series of motors has a circular structure, good heat dissipation, and is used for rectifier power supply. It can withstand pulsating currents and rapid changes in current (load changes), and has good commutation.

This series of motors maintains the external installation dimensions of the 600 series, while the power level is one level higher than the 600 series, which is equivalent to the international advanced level.

The insulation level of the motor is F level, and reliable insulation structure and impregnation process are adopted to ensure stable insulation performance and good heat dissipation.

The data in the technical data sheet should work according to the following usage conditions

a. Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters

b. The ambient air temperature is between minus 30 and 40 degrees Celsius

c. The working environment should not contain acidic, alkaline or other gases that have a corrosive effect on insulation

d. The motor working system includes external ventilation continuous working system (S1), fully enclosed short-term working system S2, and fully enclosed intermittent periodic working system S3 (load duration FC=30%)

e. The armature circuit and excitation circuit of the motor can be powered by a static rectifier power supply, and are also suitable for being powered by a DC generator.

f. The excitation turns ratio of a doubly excited DC motor with a 1-hour time limit using a ventilated continuous working system (S1) or a fully enclosed short working system (S2) is approximately 50% for parallel excitation turns and 50% for series excitation turns.

j. The maximum speed adjustment rate of a DC motor with a 1-hour time limit for ventilated continuous working system (S1) or fully enclosed short-time working system (S2) shall not exceed the following regulations.

3.1 Protection and installation structure form of motor

3.2 Cooling method:

There are two types of fully enclosed motors: IC0040, which is naturally cooled on the surface of the outer shell, and IC0041, which is air-cooled by an internal fan driven by itself.

There are three types of ventilated motors: IC17 with duct inlet and natural outlet, IC37 with duct inlet and outlet, and IC16 with independent blower.

3.3 The position of the outlet box should be viewed from the active transmission end, on the right side of the machine base. If necessary, please negotiate with our company separately on the left or above.

3.4 The motor can be equipped with a ZYS speed measuring generator, accessories, and auxiliary transmission end

The 3.5 motor has a double taper shaft extension, with a standard taper of 1:10. If a taper shaft extension taper of 1:9 is required or the total length of the motor may change, please negotiate with our company separately.

3.6 The transmission of the motor is connected by an elastic coupling, and careful coordination of the unit is required.

1. Before placing an order, please refer to the product sample to determine the required product model, specifications, and other data, and try to choose the standard specifications listed in the sample. Please specify the model, power, voltage, rotational speed, excitation method, excitation voltage, and structural installation form of the electric motor in the order contract.

When there are special requirements for the product, such as dual axis extension, reverse position of the outlet box, and reverse rotation of the shaft, they must be clearly stated in the contract.

3. If the required variety specifications are not listed in this sample, or if there are other special requirements, a contract or trial production agreement shall be signed after mutual consultation and agreement.

4. Except for the shaft extension key of the electric motor, all accessories of various products are not within the scope of supply. If users need accessories or spare parts, such as brushes, brush holders, etc., please indicate the name, specifications, and quantity of the required accessories or spare parts in the contract in advance.

If the usage environment is special and needs to be made into a humid tropical type, please indicate "TH" after the prototype number.
