In response to the practical demand for real-time monitoring, analysis, and prediction of water quality parameters in online water quality monitoring systems, and in combination with the use of ultraviolet visible spectroscopy to achieve online, in-situ, and real-time monitoring of important water quality parameters such as TURB, NO3-N, COD, and TOC in water environments, a UV-VIS (ultraviolet visible) full spectrum water quality online monitoring system has been developed, which uses a scintillation xenon lamp as the measurement light source, a flat field concave holographic grating, and a MOS image detector as the spectral sensor, and DSP as the processing control center. This provides a hardware and software system platform for achieving multi parameter detection of water quality.

The full spectrum water quality multi parameter analyzer measures the UV visible full wavelength absorption spectrum of water in real time, analyzes the spectral absorption characteristics of each substance to be tested, and combines water quality model algorithms and model calibration parameters to synchronously and quickly measure COD, DOC, TOC, nitrate nitrogen, chromaticity, turbidity, etc. in water TSS、 Temperature O3、 Multiple parameters such as residual chlorine and UV254 are integrated to achieve real-time, rapid, automated, and portable water quality detection. The measurement process is carried out in situ in the water body, without the need for pretreatment or the consumption of any reagents.

The analyzer adopts a rod-shaped structure and an open flow cell, which can be equipped with an automatic cleaning device or directly immersed in water to achieve in-situ detection of water quality. The system has significant characteristics such as easy application, high reliability, fast measurement speed, high real-time performance, no secondary pollution, only requiring a small amount of maintenance work, and low operating costs.

UV visible continuous spectrum sensors have a very long service life and can be widely used for online monitoring of environmental pollution sources, industrial process water, and municipal sewage. The application scope ranges from drinking water (DOC<0.1 mg/L), surface water to domestic and industrial wastewater, and COD measurement range from 1mg/L to thousands of mg/L. It can measure from single component ppm level to high concentration analysis of multiple components, meeting the requirements of various environmental conditions.

Product principle

This full spectrum multi parameter water quality online monitoring station is developed based on the principle that substances have different absorption characteristics for light of different wavelengths. It can record the complete spectrum between 200nm and 720nm (UV visible), thereby obtaining a "spectral fingerprint". By analyzing the information contained in the fingerprint spectrum, multiple parameters can be detected simultaneously.
