The LTY series pressure type integrated water purifier is a comprehensive water purifier equipment with improved throat pipes, passing nets, folding plates, hydraulic reaction facilities, etc. It combines flocculation, clarification, and filtration processes compactly and reasonably, and can easily purify general ground water sources into domestic water that meets hygiene standards. It is mainly suitable for improving the quality of drinking water in rural areas, towns, farms, military barracks, and small and medium-sized enterprises and institutions. It is also suitable for industrial water softening and desalination processes, as well as for purifying production wastewater that is close to neutral with the main purpose of separating and removing suspended solids and colloidal impurities in water. This water purifier is suitable for treating raw water with a general turbidity not exceeding 500mg/l, and the turbidity of the raw water can reach 1000mg/l in a short period of time. The turbidity of the effluent from the water purifier is less than 3mg/l, the working pressure is less than 0.6MPa, and the treated water volume per unit is 5-60m3/h。 【Adopting the process 1. Easy to construct for loading and unloading For the convenience of users' possible maintenance and cleaning work during long-term use, the connection methods of the top cover of the water purifier, Komax pipeline mixing reactor, and the jet flushing pipe section inside the water purifier all use flange and threaded connectors that are easy to install and remove. 4. Convenient user management To meet the actual needs of intermittent operation for users, the pump should be stopped at night and the auxiliary flushing start pipe valve should be opened for a few seconds before resuming work in the morning to quickly resume normal operation.
