Overview
ZYFX typeGravity type integrated water purifier is a comprehensive water purifier equipment with improved throat pipes, passing nets, folding plates, hydraulic reaction facilities, etc. It combines flocculation, clarification, and filtration processes compactly and reasonably, and can easily purify general ground water sources into domestic water that meets hygiene standards. It is mainly suitable for improving the quality of drinking water in rural areas, towns, farms, military barracks, and small and medium-sized enterprises and institutions. It is also suitable for industrial water softening and desalination processes, as well as for the purification of nearly neutral production wastewater with the main purpose of separating and removing suspended solids and colloidal impurities in water. This water purifier is suitable for treating raw water with a general turbidity not exceeding 500mg/l, and the turbidity of the raw water can reach 1000mg/l in a short period of time. The turbidity of the effluent from the water purifier is less than 3mg/l, and the treated water volume per unit is 5-200m³/h。

1. Mixing section: Using a Komax pipeline static mixer (when the water purifier is far from the water intake point, it is suitable to add coagulant at the front end of the Komax mixer to improve the coagulation effect, but pressure dosing is required).
2. Reaction section: Adopting hydraulic circulation reaction with improved throat and passing mesh and folded plate.
3. Clarification section: Adopting a suspension contact filtration separation type hydraulic clarification process that combines the characteristics of sludge circulation separation and sludge contact filtration, and clarifying with straight inclined radial polypropylene plates or pipes.
4. Filtering part: Polystyrene filter bead layer is used for filtration.
5. Rinsing section: A multi nozzle fixed cutting jet flushing system is used, which fully agitates during flushing to avoid synchronous situations caused by rotating flushing. Ensure that the filter beads are washed clean and not prone to equipment failure.
6. Start up part: Using an auxiliary flushing start pipe, the valve can be opened for a few seconds to flush out the sediment at the bottom, quickly restoring the normal operation of the sludge circulation.
7. Mud discharge section: Fast opening valves are used to ensure the effectiveness of mud discharge and reduce water loss.

1. Strengthen flocculation process
This water purifier adopts a agitation flocculation process combining Komax pipeline mixing reaction and traditional hydraulic reaction, which creates favorable conditions for reducing alum and effectively clarifying in the inclined plate area, which is conducive to improving the effluent quality.
2. No moving parts
The polystyrene filter bead layer flushing uses a fixed jet flushing pipe supplied by a water pump, without moving parts, which simplifies daily maintenance and management work compared to rotary flushing equipment, and there is no possibility of water quality being contaminated by oil.
3. Easy to construct for loading and unloading
For the convenience of users' possible maintenance and cleaning work during long-term use, the connection methods of the top cover of the water purifier, Komax pipeline mixing reactor, and the jet flushing pipe section inside the water purifier all use flange and threaded connectors that are easy to install and remove.
4. Convenient user management
To meet the actual needs of intermittent operation for users, the pump should be stopped at night and the auxiliary flushing start pipe valve should be opened for a few seconds before resuming work in the morning to quickly resume normal operation. To prevent errors during installation and operation, different pipeline valve bodies and sampling pipes (locally) are painted with different colors to show obvious differences: clear water valve, flushing water valve, and clear water sampling pipe - blue; Primary filter water valve and sediment water sampling pipe - yellow; Sampling tube in reaction zone - brown; Mud discharge valve and reflux area sampling pipe - black.
5. Hygiene and rust prevention measures
The inner wall of the water purifier and the surface of each metal component inside the water purifier are coated with two layers of non-toxic rust prevention to ensure water quality safety.
