·ZY type submersible slurry pump is a single-stage single pump shell vertical centrifugal pump designed and manufactured using the theory of solid-liquid two-phase flow. It is used to transport high concentration, strong abrasive and corrosive solid-liquid mixed slurry, and can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, power, building materials, petroleum, chemical engineering, textile, environmental protection, municipal engineering construction and other departments.

structure
ZY type submersible slurry pump is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover or guard plate, impeller, bearing body components, mounting plate, outlet pipe, etc. The pump body is fixed on the bracket, and the bearing body is placed on the bracket. The bearing body is equipped with double row tapered roller bearings and single row cylindrical roller bearings on the top and bottom respectively. The motor seat is installed on the bearing body, which can be driven by direct drive (DC drive) or belt drive (BD drive) to meet different working conditions by changing the pump shaft speed. The direction of the pump rotation, when viewed from the drive end, is clockwise. The suction port is equipped with a stirring device to pump out the bottom of the pool.
