Adopting electric heating, with a heating water tank at the bottom and equipped with water inlet (replenishment), drainage (discharge), and liquid level devices; The upper part of the equipment is designed with a cooking chamber with a volume of 1000L, and a vent valve is installed at the top to automatically discharge when the equipment is overpressure; The device is equipped with a water shortage display (liquid level gauge), temperature display, over temperature and over pressure alarm, cooking time can be set by oneself, and the water supply interface is DN25; The device is a manual one-way door opening.

The equipment is made of all stainless steel, with a box body (fully welded) of δ 1.5mm, an outer shell of δ 1.2mm, and a water tank of δ 3.0mm. Meets GMP requirements.
