The ZXB series sanitary self-priming pump, a food grade self-priming pump, has the characteristics of compact structure, beautiful appearance, light weight, and easy operation. The pump body and liquid contact parts are made of high-quality SUS304 or SUS316L materials through cold processing. The internal surface of the container is polished with a mirror finish, and the external surface can be polished, frosted, or sandblasted according to customer requirements. It meets the hygiene standards of GMP specifications and is widely used in the filtration, heating, cooling, blending, and storage of fluid materials in environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, dairy products, daily chemical products, biotechnology and other fields. It has good corrosion resistance to acid, alkali, salt solutions, and is suitable for transporting various liquids such as alcoholic beverages, soda water, milk, vinegar, edible vegetable oil, etc. It is a one-way self-priming pump that does not need to inject liquid material into the pump every time during intermittent transportation. Installation, use and precautions:

1. Stainless steel sanitary self-priming pump consists of pump body, impeller, shaft, frame, motor and other components, with precise structure and easy movement.

2. Under normal installation conditions, the suction height of this self-priming pump is 3 meters. If it is necessary to further increase the suction height in certain situations, attention should be paid to the shorter the suction pipe during installation. The suction of the pump should avoid valves, elbows, and tees as much as possible. If the vertical height of the discharge pipe is within 1 meter and there is no bend in the middle of the pump outlet, then the high suction height of the pump can be obtained.
3. The pump body is equipped with a gas water separation chamber connected to the outlet, and a water storage chamber connected to the reflux valve. When self-priming, the return valve opens automatically, and the return valve body has a conical nozzle facing the impeller, which helps to increase the self-priming speed.
4. A rubber valve plate is installed between the inlet joint and the pump body, which automatically closes when stopped, keeping the pump full for the next liquid injection.
5. At the lower end of the pump inlet, there is a discharge port. Twisting the open port cover allows the liquid material inside the pump to be discharged completely.
6. Rubber sealing rings are used at both the outlet and inlet, and mechanical seals are used to seal the shaft.
