Equipment structure and related components: The equipment is a linear mesh chain and high-pressure spray segmented cleaning, made entirely of stainless steel 304.

Equipment composition:

Sink: The front section is for coarse washing, with a length of 2500mm, the middle section is for clean washing, with a length of 2500mm, and the discharge section is 1000mm. The discharge section is a material frame type in the sink, and after the material enters the frame, some residual water is filled into the sink.

Mesh chain: The mesh chain is a 1-inch double pitch small ball double-sided baffle plate, and the material on the mesh chain is acted by the two side baffles, so it does not scatter in the sink.

Spray: High pressure spray and linear uniform high-density flushing in the front and middle sections.

Chain drive and water source flipping: The chain drive at one end of the equipment's bottom is infinitely variable, and the water source flipping is a stirring type, forming waves to improve the cleaning effect.

Water supply and drainage system:High pressure spraying is used for unified water supply, and a discharge outlet is set up for the later discharge.

Control system: Water and electricity separation, cabinet type.

Equipment material: Made of all stainless steel 304-2B, with a wall thickness of δ 2.0mm. The sink has a foot and adjustable height.
