ZT5621Automatic pressure calibratorAn external 15MPa nitrogen cylinder is used to provide pressure generation for the intelligent pressure control console. Multiple intelligent pressure control consoles can be connected simultaneously, providing multi station calibration. The pressure calibration range is controlled from 0-6MPa through a pressure reducing valve, making it simple and fast to calibrate pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, pressure switches, etc. Combined with software, it automatically realizes a large amount of tedious pressure control, data recording, measurement, and filing work. Simultaneously supporting manual calibration, the touch screen can perform semi-automatic calibration without a computer, and save data and determine calibration results.

The operator only needs to install the pressure gauge, select and set the type, range and other parameters of the gauge on the computer, click the "Start Calibration" button, and the calibrator will immediately automatically calibrate each pressure point of the forward and return stroke according to national regulations (such as JJG52-1999 or JJG49-1999). After the verification is completed, a verification record will be automatically generated and saved to the database. The operator can strongly feel that the previously tense and tiring work has now become relaxed and comfortable.

2、 Structural principle

The ZT5621 automatic air pressure calibrator includes a 15MPa gas storage cylinder, a pressure reducing valve, an intelligent control console, a human-machine interface, a standard gauge, a verified gauge, calibration software, a computer, and a printer.

The ZT5621 automatic pressure calibrator uses an external 15MPa nitrogen cylinder to provide pressure generation to the intelligent pressure control console. The standard pressure value is obtained through a high-precision digital pressure sensor (inside the standard gauge). The pressure of the tested gauge is compared with the standard pressure, and various pressure gauges and transmitters are calibrated according to the corresponding pressure instrument calibration regulations.

After receiving the "start calibration" command, the computer sends a calibration command to the intelligent control panel. The intelligent control panel accurately controls the system pressure to quickly reach the required pressure point and can save each test pressure point. After reaching the pressure point, the pressure source system automatically stabilizes for 20 seconds to ensure pressure stability; Compare and record the measured value with the standard value. After the verification is completed, the test point data will be automatically saved, and finally the data table and verification results will be displayed and printed.
