This machine consists of a hopper, an oscillation chamber, a coupling, and a motor. The oscillation chamber is composed of an eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft, bearings, etc. The adjustable eccentric heavy hammer is driven by a motor to reach the centerline of the spindle. In an unbalanced state, it generates centrifugal force, which changes the strength of the material and forms orbital vortices inside the screen. The amplitude of the heavy hammer adjuster should be adjusted according to different materials and sieves.
