This machine is a single pressure automatic rotating, continuous tablet pressing machine that presses granular raw materials into various tablets. It is mainly used for tablet production in the pharmaceutical industry, and is also suitable for industrial sectors such as chemical, food, and electronics. The outer shell is in a fully enclosed form, made of stainless steel material, while the inner tabletop is made of stainless steel material. The turntable surface has undergone special treatment to maintain surface gloss and prevent cross contamination, which meets the requirements ofGMP requirements. The doors and windows are equipped with transparent glass, which allows for clear observation of the pressing status and can be fully opened for easy internal cleaning and maintenance. All controllers and operating components are arranged reasonably. Using a frequency conversion speed control device for electrical speed regulation, it is easy to operate, rotates smoothly, and is safe and accurate. All transmission devices are arranged inside the machine to keep the components clean. Equipped with overload protection device, it can automatically shut down when the pressure is overloaded. This machine is equipped with an electromagnetic brake motor and other safety protection devices, which can also be adjusted and operated during operation.
