Product Overview
The ZN-RS200 laser combustion efficiency analyzer adopts laser absorption spectroscopy for carbon monoxide, semiconductor high-temperature ion flow oxygen sensor, and high-temperature in-situ self circulating sampling pretreatment technology to continuously monitor the concentration of carbon monoxide and oxygen and combustion efficiency in the combustion flue gas during the process, providing optimal combustion control parameters for the combustion control system.
It can also be used as a CO/O2 safety monitoring system in the combustion process. Select the extraction or in-situ installation method according to the testing conditions, which is convenient to operate and easy to maintain.
This system is mainly used for monitoring the combustion efficiency of kilns in various industrial fields, monitoring the concentration of CO \ O2 in combustion flue gas, or monitoring gas parameters in similar processes. For example, monitoring the combustion efficiency of coal-fired power plants, steel plants, smelters, cement plants, chemical plants, and other enterprises.
Product Features
The ZN-RS200 laser combustion efficiency analyzer has the following main characteristics:
nAdopting high-temperature hot and humid sampling method, not limited by on-site installation conditions, widely applicable, and easy to use and maintain;
nuseThe height of TDLASResolution spectrumtechnology monitoringCO,During measurement, it is not affected by other gases and humidity, which can effectively reduce the interference of dust or background gases. This characteristic has significant advantages compared to other analysis methods;
nMeasurement using semiconductor high-temperature ion flow oxygen sensorO2, Suitable for direct measurement in high temperature flue gas ranging from 0 to 500 degrees Celsius.
nIn situ installation of the flue, no sampling pipeline required, fast system response speed, high sensitivity. In practical applications, its resolution can reach 1 mg/m3Can meet the requirements of online monitoring
nCompared with the opposed laser analyzer, there is no need for opposite openings in the flue, no need to install aiming lights, no need for lens blowing gas during operation, and no interference from blowing gas.
nOne instrument can simultaneously measure multiple parameters such as CO, CO2, O2, and combustion efficiency.
nCalculation of air-fuel ratio for multiple fuelsModel selection, adaptable to different needsThe fuel combustion conditions.
nCompared with traditional extraction based infrared spectroscopy analyzers, it has the advantages of in-situ installation without the need for sampling pipelines, fast response speed, no interference from parameters such as humidity, CO2, O2, and no need for complex pre-treatment systems such as cooling and dehydration. No constant instrument room environmental requirements are required.
