This experimental equipment simulates the damage caused by solar ultraviolet light, and conducts urban weather resistance testing on the tested material by exposing it to controlled high temperature light. It uses ultraviolet lamps to simulate the radiation effect of sunlight, and simulates dew and rain through condensation and water spraying. In just a few days or weeks, the ultraviolet irradiation equipment can withstand the damage that takes months or even years to occur outdoors, including fading, color changes, loss of luster, powdering, cracking, wrinkling, foaming, brittleness, strength reduction, oxidation, etc. Its test results can be used to select new materials, improve existing materials, or evaluate changes in material formulations.

Provide lifespan reference for expensive ultraviolet lamps (lamps are consumables with a lifespan of approximately 1600 hours), facilitating users to confirm the replacement time of lamps and saving usage costs. Through the irradiance measurement and control device (solar eye), the irradiance can be measured and controlled to automatically stabilize at the set value, greatly extending the service life of the lamp.
5. Adopting automated water supply and drainage design, combined with high cost high-power mercury water, to ensure the flow rate and uniformity of water spray.
