System Overview


The ZN-CE500/VOCs pollution source volatile organic compound emission continuous online monitoring system (hereinafter referred to as the ZN-CE500/VOCs system) is a new VOCs online monitoring system specially designed by our company based on domestic industry emission standards and the "HJ38-2017 Gas Chromatography Method for Determination of Total Hydrocarbons, Methane and Non Methane Total Hydrocarbons in Fixed Pollution Source Exhaust Gas" standard. The system adopts high-temperature extraction method for sampling, equipped with advanced separation technologies such as gas chromatography and mass spectrometry, as well as detection methods such as FID and PID, to measure the volatile organic compound gas components such as total hydrocarbons (THC), non methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC), aromatic hydrocarbons, and benzene derivatives in exhaust gas, meeting the monitoring requirements of national and industry standards for volatile organic compounds. At the same time, it can fully meet the communication requirements between the DCS system within the enterprise and the data system of the environmental protection department.

ZN-T04 sampling probe


The ZN-T04 sampling probe is a professionally designed sampler based on various combustion process conditions (high temperature, high humidity, high dust, high corrosion). The flue gas sampling probe comes with temperature control and display, automatic blowback unit, automatic calibration and other functions. The probe adopts an adjustable temperature controller, with a temperature controlled at 180 ℃± 10%, and the temperature can be adjusted. The sampling tube and filter element are made of high-temperature resistant materials, and the filter element is designed according to different working conditions, with functions such as good filtration and low air resistance. The blowback control device regularly blows back the filters of the sampling probe and gas sampling probe to prevent smoke and dust from blocking the sampling probe and filter, leading to blockage of the gas sampling path.

The instrument adopts a high-precision thermal principle sensor and differential pressure sensor pitot tube structure design, combined with automatic calibration and automatic blowback technology. Its main function is to monitor the temperature, pressure, and flow rate parameters in the flue gas, and convert them into corresponding proportional currents (4-20) mA, which are transmitted to the industrial computer for data processing.
