Working principle
The high-speed centrifugal spray device for Chinese herbal extracts is the application of centrifugal spray drying technology in the drying of specific materials. characteristic
1. To prevent the occurrence of wall sticking in the material department, the equipment is equipped with air wall sweeping and tower wall jacket cooling structures, effectively preventing product wall sticking and coking. Improve product quality and yield.2. The unique finished product air delivery system separates the dried finished product from the hot and humid air in the system in a timely manner, avoiding the possibility of moisture absorption and agglomeration of the finished product.
3. The air entering the dryer is purified in three stages to meet the requirement of 300000 level air intake;
4. Adopting a fast opening punching device, suitable for multi variety production requirements;
5. Material collection adopts two-stage cyclone dust removal device or one-stage cyclone dust removal+wet dust collector;
6. The volume and configuration of spray tower shall be adjusted according to the physical properties to make it more practical;
7. PLC control can be selected, and the screen display of the program control system is available;
8. The entire drying system is designed and manufactured in accordance with GMP standards;
9. Users can choose one of Type A, Type B, or Type C based on the characteristics of the equipment when placing an order to achieve better adaptability between the equipment and the equipment.
