The vacuum feeding machine can automatically transport materials to the hoppers of equipment such as crushers, packaging machines, injection molding machines, etc. It can also directly transport mixed materials to the mixer, reducing the labor intensity of workers and solving problems such as dust overflow during feeding. working principle:The vacuum feeder consists of a vacuum pump (oil-free, waterless), stainless steel suction nozzle, conveying hose, PE filter, compressed air reverse suction device, pneumatic discharge door device, vacuum hopper, and automatic material level control device. The entire system is designed reasonably and manufactured beautifully. Note: ZKS-5 and ZKS-6 are vacuum feeders newly developed by our company in 2004. They are characterized by low power, large feeding capacity, low noise, long service life, and are ideal feeding equipment for mixers.
