1、 Overview
1) The YW type submersible pump is a vertical single-stage single suction centrifugal pump structure. This series of pumps has a semi open impeller with stirring blades extending from the suction edge of the impeller, and a cutting tool for crushing fiber weeds is installed on the front cover. During operation, it flows back and stirs, mechanically crushes, and prevents blockage.
2) The YZ type submersible slurry pump is a vertical single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump structure, with a semi open impeller and stirring blades extending from the suction edge of the impeller.
The two series pumps are mainly used in industries such as environmental protection, municipal engineering, thermal power plants, gas coking plants, refineries, steel mills, mining, papermaking, cement plants, food plants, printing and dyeing to extract concentrated liquids, heavy oils, oil residues, polluted liquids, mud, mortar, quicksand, and flowing sludge from urban sewage channels, as well as liquids containing coal blocks and ash residues. It can also be used in industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical to extract fluids containing sediment and corrosive liquids. 2、 Structural description
1. The YW type pump is a single-stage single suction, submersible centrifugal pump. It is connected to the hydraulic components, bearing body, and support disk of the pump through a connecting pipe. The liquid is discharged from the outlet pipe component. The impeller is a semi open impeller, and there are stirring blades at the inlet extension of the impeller blades, which can transport media containing particles. The maximum submerged depth of the pump is
4.5m, When the underwater length exceeds 1.5m, a connecting shaft structure should be adopted, and rolling bearings (lubricated with grease) should be installed near the connecting shaft, connected by a coupling sleeve. The rolling bearings at the bottom of the pump are isolated from the liquid level by mechanical seals and do not come into contact with the liquid. The pump bearings have sufficient rigidity to ensure smooth operation of the pump. If operating in deep wells, a suction pipe can be added (as specified in the contract). 2. The YZ type pump is a single-stage, single suction cantilever structure, connected to the hydraulic components of the pump with bearing seats, support seats, and connecting pipes. 5、 Assembly and disassembly
1. YW type submersible pump assembly sequence: Install the bearings separately into the bearing bodies
Install the oil seal felt ring into the bearing body and bearing end cover respectively.
Install the mechanical seal into the shaft seal body
Thread the bearing end cover close to the mechanical seal onto the shaft, fit the O-ring, shaft sleeve, and lower bearing body with the bearing installed onto the shaft, tighten the bearing end cover with bolts, place the connecting pipe and shaft seal body on the upper and lower ends of the lower bearing body respectively, tighten with bolts, install the bearing end cover onto the intermediate bearing body, tighten with bolts, insert the key into the shaft, insert the coupling sleeve into the shaft, insert the key into the upper shaft, install the upper coupling pipe onto the intermediate bearing, tighten with bolts, install the above installed components on the support plate and install the upper bearing body on the support plate, tighten with bolts, and install the upper bearing end cover.
Install the pump cover onto the shaft seal body and tighten it with bolts. Insert the impeller key into the shaft, then sequentially install the impeller, stop washer, and fix it with the impeller nut. Install the pump body onto the pump cover and tighten it with bolts. Install the front cover and fasten it to the pump body with bolts.
Install the coupling component at the upper end of the shaft, and fasten the motor coupling to the motor shaft head with fastening screws, firmly connecting the motor to the motor seat.
Install the asbestos pad, elbow, and outlet pipe components in sequence from the pump outlet and fix them on the support plate.
The assembly sequence of YZ type submersible pump is to install the bearings on the bearing box and bearing seat respectively.
Install the felt ring onto the bearing end caps A, C, and bearing box.
Install bearing end caps B and C onto the bearing seat and tighten them with bolts.
Thread the bearing box with the installed bearings onto the shaft, tighten the round nut, and fasten the bearing end cover onto the bearing box.
Install the shaft into the bearing, fix it with bolts, tighten the adjustment screw, and install the bearing seat on the support seat. Place the water blocking ring in the appropriate position at the lower bearing.
Fix the connecting pipe on the bearing seat, and install the pump cover at the lower part of the connecting pipe. Install the impeller at the lower part of the shaft and tighten it. Install the pump body front cover in sequence and fix it with bolts. Adjust the gap between the impeller and the front cover with the adjustment screw at the bearing box (controlled within 1-1.5mm), and then tighten it with nuts and bolts.
The motor support is installed on the bearing seat and fastened with bolts. A coupling component is installed at the upper end of the shaft, and the motor coupling is fastened to the motor shaft head with fastening screws. The motor is installed on the motor support and fastened with bolts and nuts.
Install the asbestos pad, outlet elbow, and outlet pipe components in sequence from the pump outlet, and fix them on the support seat. Disassemble the pump by following the opposite steps as described above.
6、 Installation
1. Preparation work before installation;
a. Check if the motor of the water pump is damaged
b. Prepare tools and lifting equipment
c. Check the foundation according to the diagram.
2. Install the support seat of the pump on the container and tighten it with bolts (if it is a cement well tank, anchor bolts need to be set in advance).
7、 Start and Stop
Observe whether the installation foundation of the pump is stable and whether all component bolts are tightened.
Check if the axial clearance of the pump has been adjusted properly (there should be no friction sound when turning the coupling)
Inject calcium based butter into the oil cup
Check if the motor rotation direction is correct
Start the motor, open the pressure gauge plug, and adjust the gate valve opening to the desired range when the pump is operating at full speed
When the pump stops working, the motor should be stopped first, and then the pressure gauge plug should be closed.
When the pump stops running for a long time, it should be disassembled, wiped clean, coated with anti rust oil, and stored properly.
8、 Operation
Pay attention to the temperature of the pump bearings, which should not exceed the external temperature of 35 ℃ but should not exceed a maximum of 75 ℃.
The oil cup should be filled with calcium based butter to ensure proper lubrication of the bearings.
The grease in the motor support oil cup should be replaced within the first month of operation or after 100 hours of operation of the pump. Replace it every 2000 hours of work in the future.
Regularly check the elastic coupling and pay attention to the temperature rise of the motor bearings.
During operation, if any noise or unusual sounds are detected, the vehicle should be stopped immediately for inspection.
The pump should undergo periodic inspection every 2000 hours of operation. The wear of the clearance between the impeller pump body (or pump cover) should not be too large, and the maximum clearance should not exceed 1.5 millimeters. If it exceeds, the impeller or front cover can be replaced.
