Purpose:

The ZJJ-I series online vacuum oiling machine (also known as casing oiling machine, vacuum oiling machine, transformer oiling machine) adopts advanced control technology, high-quality filters, and high-efficiency vacuum pumps. It has functions such as automatic vacuuming, live oiling, and effective control of the moisture content in insulation oil. It is an oil replenishment device that adjusts the oil level of certain current and voltage transformers (referred to as CTs and PTs) widely used in the current power system after periodic oil sample testing. This machine solves the problem of air adsorption inside the CT/PT coil or false oil level caused by residual air due to the traditional use of manual piston type ramming pumps to press oil with nitrogen gas. The new oil injection method does not generate any bubbles during operation, and there is no need to stop PT/CT. The machine has a small size, reliable performance, and easy operation, greatly reducing labor intensity and work difficulty, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment. It is widely used for oil injection and vacuum pumping in various substations and other appropriate oil replenishment equipment.
