ZJHP precision small pneumatic thin film single seat regulating valveComposed of a pneumatic thin film multi spring actuator and a compact single seat valve.
It has reliable operational performance, precise flow characteristics, large adjustable range, small valve seat leakage, stable operation, low height and light weight of multi spring actuator, simple equipment, compact valve body structure, smooth flow channel, and a large flow coefficient.
Suitable for situations with strict requirements for leakage, low pressure difference before and after valves, and media with certain viscosity and low fiber content.
Pneumatic control valves can be divided into two types based on their switching modes: gas closed and gas open.
The gas shut-off valve consists of a positive acting actuator and a valve. When the input signal pressure changes from the lower limit value to the upper limit value, the valve switches from fully open to fully closed.
The pneumatic valve consists of a reaction actuator and a valve. When the input signal pressure changes from the lower limit value to the upper limit value, the valve switches from fully closed to fully open.
