The air purifier consists of components such as an air filter, a fan unit, a high-efficiency filter, and a static pressure box. The box is covered with sound-absorbing materials and has the advantages of low overall noise, simple structure, and easy use.

The fan unit of the air purifier sucks the pre filtered air into the static pressure box and sends it to the high-efficiency filter. In this way, clean air is blown out of the high-efficiency filter at a uniform cross-sectional wind speed, forming a clean area that meets the requirements.

install

1. The air purifier should be installed in a purified or air-conditioned plant. Considering the service life of the purifier, it is recommended that dust particles larger than 0.5 μ m in the plant should be controlled within 3500 particles per liter.

2. The air purifier can be installed horizontally or vertically in Yuyao, and the installation location should be away from high dust and vibration sources.

3. When installing the air purifier, a 5mm thick latex sponge sealing pad should be placed above the installation to ensure sealing around and prevent short circuiting of the air on the outlet surface.

use

1. To ensure the cleanliness of the purification area, it should be turned on for five minutes before each use.

2. The clean air blowing surface should face the work area that needs to be purified, and during this period, it should avoid blocking large areas of objects.

3. Efforts should be made to avoid actions that significantly disrupt the airflow in the purification area.

4. The number of units to be used can be determined based on the actual volume of the purified environment and the cleanliness achieved by the Euro Asia ratio, using the self purification specified rated air volume as the basis for the required number of awakenings.

5. When using a self-cleaning device to renovate a vertical purification room, the installation position of the self-cleaning device should be arranged as evenly as possible.

6. When using an adjustable self-cleaning device, the voltage can be adjusted by a voltage regulator to change the fan speed at the inlet and the average wind speed at the outlet, thereby economically using the self-cleaning device and improving the lifespan of the high-efficiency filter.

1. According to the cleanliness of the environment, regularly remove the non-woven filter material for cleaning, usually every three to six months (usually not exceeding six months). In general, when the coarse filter contains a lot of dust, the filter material turns black and can be removed for cleaning or replacement.

2. Regularly (usually twice a year) use the Y09-4 dust particle counter to measure the cleanliness of the self-cleaning device. If it does not meet the technical parameters, adjust the fan operating conditions to meet the requirements, or replace the high-efficiency filter.

3. After replacing the high-efficiency filter, it is necessary to remove the pressure edge in front of the self-cleaning device, take out the high-efficiency filter, and when replacing it with a new high-efficiency filter, pay attention to the arrow mark pointing in the direction of air flow.

4. After replacing the air filter, use the Y09-4 dust particle counter for leak detection, paying special attention to whether the sealing of the surrounding frame and the pressure frame in front of the self-cleaning device is good.

5. After replacing the high-efficiency air filter, it is necessary to confirm that there is no leakage in the frame and conduct system testing to meet the technical specifications before normal operation can be carried out.

6. Regularly inspect and repair electrical circuits, and promptly troubleshoot any malfunctions.
