The QG-2 series filling machine adopts a time quantitative method, pneumatic drive, and electronic control technology, with a unique design and easy operation and debugging. The machine adopts a dual speed control filling flow rate, with fast filling first and then slow filling, which can ensure the fastest filling speed and prevent overflow during the filling process. The use of a pneumatic inner closed filling valve nozzle can effectively prevent dripping during the filling process. This machine is lightweight and flexible, and can be used independently or in conjunction with capping machines, sealing machines, and conveyors. It is widely used for quantitative filling of various beverages, seasonings, and other chemical liquid products.
