The ZDR-12 ionization vacuum gauge can be connected to one hot cathode ionization gauge (ZJ-12 ultra-high vacuum ionization gauge), and can control up to four relay contact outputs. It also has functions such as analog output and serial communication. Suitable for measuring and controlling ultra-high vacuum.
