Product Overview:
The ZDM-1D capacitive film vacuum gauge can connect two capacitive film gauges, control up to four relay contact outputs, and also has functions such as analog output and serial communication. Suitable for medium and low vacuum measurement and control with high precision requirements. The ZDM-1D capacitive thin film meter adopts imported ceramic thin film sensors, which have high accuracy, good repeatability, and stable physical properties. The measurement principle can be summarized as follows: pressure → deformation → change in capacitance value → change in voltage. The sensor is not in direct contact with the gas in the vacuum environment, so the measurement performance is independent of the gas composition. Compared to resistance gauges and thermocouple gauges, there is no need to consider the damage of water vapor, oxygen, and slightly corrosive gases to the gauge, making it suitable for use in vacuum environments with complex gas compositions.
The whole machine adopts an all aluminum alloy casing, which is sturdy and reliable, with good electromagnetic shielding performance, suitable for use in harsh industrial environments.
