1、 Usage Overview:
The ZDJ series automatic potentiometric titrator is a laboratory analytical instrument with high analytical accuracy, specifically designed for detecting acid levels in food. The instrument is designed according to the "GB5009.229-2016 National Food Safety Standard - Determination of Acid Value in Food", and uses automatic potentiometric titration to determine the acid value in food. It has the advantages of high accuracy and strong intelligence.
2、 Product features:
1. The instrument adopts a new microprocessor technology, which can simultaneously display information such as year, month, day, time, working status prompt, measurement results, etc. It has the function of switching between Chinese and English display.
2. The instrument can support automatic determination of acid levels in food and automatic calculation of acid level titration results (including solution calibration, blank titration, sample titration, etc.) in dedicated titration mode. You can also use the specialized titration analysis software from Xinrui Company to connect to a computer, find the titration endpoint through a first-order differential curve, and automatically calculate the titration result.
3. The instrument has multiple titration modes, including manual titration, repeated titration, preset endpoint titration, and pre titration. The instrument can perform different titrations using different electrodes, including acid-base titration, redox titration, precipitation titration, complexometric titration, non-aqueous titration, and other titration functions such as pH measurement, potential measurement, temperature measurement, etc.
4. The instrument adopts an integrated automatic reversing valve device, controlled by a microcomputer, which does not require manual control and switching of injection or replenishment methods for reversing, making it convenient for users to use and has the advantages of high degree of automation.

The instrument adopts an integrated metering pump design, which can accurately calculate and control the injection volume, facilitate user replacement, and reduce the mutual interference problem of different solutions used in different titrations. 6. The titration system pipeline is made of acid, alkali, and corrosion-resistant materials, and can perform non-aqueous titration. The mixing system adopts PWM modulation technology, software speed regulation, and is stable and reliable.
7. The instrument is equipped with a temperature sensor interface, which can achieve automatic temperature measurement and temperature compensation for pH measurement. Manual or automatic temperature compensation methods can be selected.
8. The instrument has a power-off protection function, and the data stored inside the instrument and the set parameters will not be lost in the event of shutdown or abnormal power failure.
9. The instrument can transmit the current measurement data in real-time to the computer through RS232 interface or USB interface (optional) for subsequent data processing.
10. The ZDJ-4001P titrator is equipped with a built-in micro printer that can print the current measurement data in real time. The instrument is equipped with a large capacity SD memory card that supports GLP standards and can store over 2000 sets of titration results. It can facilitate users in storing and querying data.
