Product Overview:
The ZDF-5210P series composite vacuum gauge consists of a resistance unit and a hot cathode ionization unit, and can measure ranges from high vacuum to atmospheric pressure. Can connect one to two resistance gauges and one ionization gauge. The resistance unit adopts the constant temperature measurement method, which has high accuracy and fast response. Adopting a fully digital calibration method, the calibration of resistance gauges can be completed without the need for tools. In automatic mode, the ionization unit can be automatically controlled to turn on and off through a resistance unit, preventing damage to the hot cathode ionization gauge caused by opening in a low vacuum state.
The instrument adopts a high contrast LCD display screen with Chinese characters for clear and intuitive display. It also integrates functions such as analog output, relay control, and serial communication, making it suitable for vacuum equipment with high automation requirements.
