Product Overview:
The ZDC-5227 pressure controller has full range vacuum measurement and pressure (vacuum degree) control functions. Based on the composite vacuum gauge, advanced automatic control algorithms are implanted, and digital driving units and electromagnetic regulating valves are used. The operation is simple and easy to understand, and the control effect is good.
Principle of pressure (vacuum degree) control: The valve position opening is calculated based on the difference between the set target value and the current vacuum degree, and the intake air is controlled by an electromagnetic regulating valve to achieve dynamic pressure balance inside the vacuum chamber. This method is also called upstream control method.
Vacuum measurement consists of a resistance unit and a hot cathode ionization unit, and can measure ranges from high vacuum to atmospheric pressure. The resistance unit adopts the constant temperature measurement method, which has high accuracy and fast response. The ionization unit can be automatically controlled to turn on and off through a resistance unit, preventing damage caused by the opening of the hot cathode ionization gauge in a low vacuum state.
