ZCQ type magnetic drive centrifugal pump (referred to as self-priming magnetic pump) is a new product that applies the working principle of permanent magnet coupling to centrifugal pumps. It has a reasonable design, advanced technology, fully sealed, leak free, and corrosion-resistant characteristics, and its performance reaches the advanced level of similar foreign products. The magnetic pump has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, small volume, low noise, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. It can be widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, electroplating, food, film photography and printing, scientific research institutions, national defense industry and other units to pump acid, alkali solution, oil, rare and precious liquid, plating solution, volatile liquid, and circulating water equipment matching. working principle:

This pump adopts an external hybrid axial water pump structure, and the pump body is composed of components such as a suction chamber, a storage chamber, a volute shell, a reflux hole, and a gas-liquid separation chamber. After the pump is started, under the action of centrifugal force, the remaining liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the inlet pipeline are stirred by the impeller into a mixture of gas and water. The mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the volute shell, and as the speed slows down, it causes gas and water separation. The air is discharged from the pump outlet, and the liquid returns to the pump through the return hole. After multiple cycles, the air in the inlet pipeline is discharged, forming a certain degree of vacuum in the pump and achieving self-priming.
