ZA/ZEType chemical process pump, designed and produced according to API610 and VDMA24297 (light/medium) specifications. The ZA/ZE chemical process pump is a single-stage, single suction, radial split horizontal centrifugal pump with axial suction and radial discharge. The ZA type pump body is foot supported, while the ZE type pump body is center supported.

This type of pump has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, stable performance, wide adaptability, and easy maintenance. From the motor end, the rotation direction of the pump is clockwise.

Application scope

The ZA/ZE chemical process pump is suitable for transporting various neutral and corrosive liquids (acids, bases, salts, liquid petrochemical products, organic compounds, etc. of different concentrations and temperatures), with a temperature range of -80 ℃ to 450 ℃. The high operating pressure of the ZA pump can reach 2.5Mpa, while the ZA/ZE pump can reach 5.0Mpa. This series of products is widely used in refineries, petrochemical industry, coal processing industry, and low-temperature engineering. Chemical industry, paper and sugar industry, and general process industry.
