1、 Overview of ZE Petrochemical Process Pumps
ZA and ZE petrochemical pumps belong to single-stage horizontal centrifugal pumps. The pump body of ZA type pump is foot supported, while the pump body of ZE type pump is center supported. Both series of pumps are single-stage radial impellers, with axial suction and radial discharge. According to the usage conditions, use front and rear wear rings and balance holes for hydraulic balance. The shaft seal adopts packing seal, single end face machine seal or double single end face machine seal, and is equipped with cooling, flushing or sealing liquid system.
The standard pipeline is designed according to API610 specifications. The pressure rating of the suction and discharge pipeline flanges is the same.
From the perspective of the drive motor, the pump rotates clockwise.
2、 Application scope of ZE chemical pump
This series of pumps is suitable for transporting various neutral and corrosive liquids (acids, bases, salts, liquid petrochemical products, organic compounds, etc. of different concentrations and temperatures), with a temperature range of -80 ℃ to 450 ℃. The high operating pressure of ZA type pumps can reach 2.5Mpa, and ZE type pumps can reach 5.0Mpa. This series of products is widely used in refineries, petrochemical industry, coal processing industry, and low-temperature engineering. Chemical industry, paper and sugar industry, and general process industry. Water supply plants, seawater desalination plants, power plants, heating and air conditioning systems, as well as environmental engineering, ships, and offshore industries.

4、 Structural description of ZE chemical process pump
ZA and ZE petrochemical pumps comply with API610 standards, with a diameter of 25-400mm, a flow rate of up to 2600m3/h, and a head of up to 250m.
At the same time, it can ensure the maintenance conditions required by the process work. The bearing, shaft seal, and impeller are a rotor component that can be quickly disassembled or assembled, greatly shortening the parking maintenance cycle.
The impeller is a single suction radial closed type, equipped with impeller wear rings and pump body wear rings. After wear, only the wear rings need to be replaced to reduce maintenance and component costs.
The pump cover has a structure with a cooling and heating bearing housing. There are two types of shaft seals: packing seals and mechanical seals, which users can choose according to different operating conditions.
The bearings are lubricated with lubricating oil, and the bearing bracket is equipped with a constant position oil ring. The bearing bracket has no cooling, water cooling, and fan cooling structures. An elastic coupling is used as a connecting element between the pump and the motor, which can compensate for small axial, radial, and angular displacements.
