3、 Main features:
The guide rails on the rocker arm, the spindle sleeve, the inner and outer column rotating raceways, and the sliding seat guide rail surfaces are all surface quenched. Large components such as columns, rocker arms, spindle boxes, and slide bed bodies are all made of high-strength cast iron.
All control handles are centrally placed in convenient locations and are easy to operate.
The spindle has five actions: forward and reverse rotation, parking (braking), shifting, and neutral gear.
The spindle box, rocker arm, and inner and outer columns are equipped with a diamond block clamping mechanism driven by hydraulic pressure, ensuring reliable clamping.
1. The handles, buttons, and other operating components that implement the main functional actions are concentrated on the spindle box, making the operation more centralized and easy to control.
2The rocker arm drives the outer column to rotate around the inner column± 180.
3. The rocker arm rises and falls along the outer column.
4. The spindle box moves left and right along the rocker arm guide rail.
5. The rocker arm lifting is driven by the shell motor on the column top, and is driven by the screw nut pair to achieve the rocker arm lifting and lowering.
6. The rocker arm clamping is achieved by hydraulic driven diamond blocks for clamping. After clamping, the diamond block locks automatically. After the rocker arm rises or falls, it automatically clamps and is controlled by an electrical switch installed on the cylinder seat.
7. Spindle box and column clamping. The spindle box and column clamping are both hydraulically driven, with diamond block clamping. The two actions can be performed simultaneously or separately.
8The sliding bed adopts flat double guide rails, and the main bed is driven by an electric motor and moves on the sliding seat with a rack. The two sides of the main bed body are locked with handles, and either side can be locked. When locked, the transmission motor of the bed body automatically disconnects, and when released, it automatically connects. The slide bed is made of high-strength cast iron and cast as a whole.
4、 Structure of radial drilling machine
1. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system consists of two parts: the control mechanism hydraulic system and the clamping hydraulic system.
There are four insurances in terms of machinery
When the cutting force of the machine tool spindle reaches the design requirement of a large value, the spindle feed handle automatically disengages.
When the torque of the machine tool spindle reaches the design requirement of a large value, the torque fuse will slip and the spindle will stop rotating.
When the rocker arm rises and falls to a certain torque, the safety joint inside the body shell slips, and the rocker arm stops rising or falling.
The lifting nut is equipped with a safety nut to ensure that the rocker arm cannot suddenly fall down.
3. Column and bed
High strength cast iron is used for large components such as columns, rocker arms, and spindle boxes to improve their rigidity and strength.
4. Lubrication
The interior of the spindle box, rocker arm sleeve and column, and the reduction gearbox of the lifting mechanism are lubricated automatically. The rocker arm guide rail and other components are lubricated manually.
5. Electrical
This machine tool uses a three-phase 380V/50Hz AC power supply. The control circuit, lighting circuit, and indicator lights are all powered by control transformers.
