YZR series winding rotor three-phase asynchronous motor for lifting and metallurgy
The YZR series wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motor for lifting and metallurgy is used for electric drive of various types of lifting machinery, metallurgical auxiliary equipment, and other similar equipment. It has high overload capacity and mechanical strength, and is suitable for short-term or intermittent periodic work, frequent starting, braking, and other equipment with significant vibration and impact. The product complies with the provisions of JB/T10105-1999 standard. Its installation size and power rating comply with the recommended standards of IEC72, are similar to Japan's JEM1202 and Germany's DIN42681, and are mostly interchangeable.
The insulation level of electric motors is divided into F and H. F-class insulated motors are generally used for lifting purposes and are suitable for general locations with ambient temperatures not exceeding 40 ℃, while H-class insulated motors are used for metallurgical purposes and are suitable for metallurgical locations with ambient temperatures not exceeding 60 ℃.
The working system of the electric motor is divided into short-term working system S2 and intermittent cycle working system S3. The reference working system of the electric motor is S3, and the reference load duration rate is 40%. The electric motor can also operate on working systems such as S4 and S5.
