1. Product Overview

The YE2-90~355 series (IP55) high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor is a fully enclosed self fan cooled squirrel cage high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor developed by our company. The efficiency index of this series of motors has reached the third level energy efficiency level in China's GB18613-2012 "Functional Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium Three phase Asynchronous Motors". YE2-90~355 series high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors have high efficiency and good performance indicators. This electric motor is used to drive long-term running loads such as fans and pumps, which can save considerable electricity and protect the environment.
The installation size and power level of YE2-90~355 series (IP55) high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors comply with the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC72-1 standard. Motors with a center height of H160 or above are equipped with non-stop oil injection and discharge devices, and space is reserved for installing thermistors and moisture-proof heating belts, making it convenient for users to choose. The stator of the electric motor adopts F-class insulation, but the temperature rise is assessed at 80K. The motor has a large temperature rise margin and a long service life; The rotor adopts cast aluminum technology, which has high reliability in operation.
