YVP High Voltage Variable Frequency MotorOverview

The YVP series high-voltage variable frequency three-phase asynchronous motor (center height 315-630) is an optimized series product established by our company using advanced technology at home and abroad, combined with our practical experience in producing high-voltage motors. It is an upgraded product based on the original Y series high-voltage motor.

This series of products uses high-quality materials, is manufactured with excellence, has high performance indicators, low noise and vibration, high reliability, and is easy to use, install, and maintain.

The power level, installation size, and electrical performance of this series of motors comply with the standards of GB/T4772.1-2-1999 "Dimensions and Output Power Levels of Rotating Electrical Machines" and GB755-2008 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Electrical Machines", and meet the national third level energy efficiency standard of GB30254-2013 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Grades for High Voltage Three Phase Cage Asynchronous Motors".

The cooling method for this series of motors is IC01 or IC81W according to the standards of GB/T1993-1993 and IEC60034-5 "Cooling Methods for Rotating Electrical Machines". If the user requests other cooling methods, they will be negotiated separately.

The basic installation method for this series of motors is a horizontal structure with feet (IMB3), which complies with the provisions of GB/T997-2008 and IEC60034-7 "Classification of Structural Types, Installation Types, and Terminal Box Positions for Rotating Electrical Machines (IM Code)".

The basic data of the motors covered by this sample are as follows:

Machine base number: 315mm-630mm;

同步转速: 3000r/min、1500 r/min 、1000 r/min、750 r/min 、600 r/min、500 r/min;

Rated voltage: 6kV, 10kV (other voltage motors can also be manufactured according to order requirements);

Rated frequency: 50Hz (60Hz motors can also be manufactured according to order requirements (except for 2-pole motors));

Power range: 200kW-5600kW;

This series of products is mainly suitable for general mechanical equipment such as fans, water pumps, compressors, crushers, chip cutting machines, transportation machinery, and other similar mechanical equipment in industries such as petroleum, chemical, coal, power plants, metallurgy, transportation, textiles, pharmaceuticals, and grain processing.


YVP High Voltage Variable Frequency Motorstructural characteristics

The electric motor adopts a box shaped structure, and the base is welded into a box shape from steel plates, which is lightweight and has good rigidity. The top YVP of the motor is equipped with a protective top cover.

The stator adopts an external pressure structure, and the stator winding adopts 155 (F) grade insulation material. The 10kV motor adopts reliable anti corona measures, and the winding ends are reliably fixed and tied, and treated with vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint process (VPI). Therefore, the motor has good insulation performance, high mechanical strength, strong moisture resistance, and long service life.

The squirrel cage rotor has two structures: cast aluminum and copper bars, which are manufactured using advanced and reliable cast aluminum or welding processes, and have undergone dynamic balance verification. Therefore, the motor runs smoothly and reliably.

The bearings are in two forms: rolling bearings and sliding bearings, determined by the power and speed of the motor. The rolling bearings are equipped with non-stop oil injection and discharge devices.

The main junction box is placed on the right side of the motor (viewed from the shaft extension end), or can be placed on the left side according to user requirements. Both the inside and outside of the junction box are equipped with separate grounding terminals. When the power is ≥ 2000kW, the motor is equipped with a neutral point junction box.

Install temperature measuring devices in important parts such as stator windings and bearings for remote monitoring to ensure safe and reliable operation of the motor.
