YTC4650 intelligent SF6 density relay calibrator is an intelligent and fully automatic SF6 density relay calibrator. The YTC4650 SF6 density relay calibrator adopts microcomputer technology and is a portable calibration instrument that can calibrate various SF6 density relays and convert the pressure of SF6 gas at any ambient temperature. It also provides convenience for the production, safe operation, pre testing, and maintenance of SF6 electrical products.
The SF6 gas pressure at a certain temperature in a closed container can represent the density of SF6 gas. In order to achieve uniformity, it is customary to use SF6 gas pressure at 20 ℃ as the scale value. During on-site verification, the measured pressure values at different ambient temperatures must be converted to their corresponding pressure values at 20 ℃ to determine the performance of SF6 density relays. The YTC4650 intelligent SF6 density relay calibrator automatically completes this process, which is both accurate and flexible. In addition to calibrating SF6 density relays, this instrument also has the function of calibrating pressure gauges and density gauges, as well as self calibrating the instrument.
