1、 Purpose:
YQGThe Type Bridge Scraper (Scraper) is used for sludge discharge in the horizontal sedimentation tanks of urban sewage treatment plants and water plants. The machine is a one-way scraper and can be equipped with skimming and skimming devices according to user requirements.
2、 Structure and working principle
The device adopts a mobile bridge structure, which stops at the inlet end when the scraper is not working; When the scraper is working and running along the water flow, first lower the skim plate and skim the floating slag on the pool surface into the steel slag tank at the end of the pool, while the scraper plate is lifted off the bottom of the pool; When driving in reverse, lower the scraper plate to scrape the sludge from the bottom of the pool into the sludge collection tank at the end of the pool, while the skimmer plate is lifted away from the liquid level to prevent the floating slag from flowing backwards; Perform back and forth work movements in this way to achieve the purpose of scraping mud and skimming debris.
