Instructions for filling valveThe main function of the filling valve is to supply oil suction and discharge to the main oil cylinder. When the slider rapidly descends, negative pressure is formed in the upper chamber of the main cylinder to open the filling valve, and a large amount of oil in the oil tank is filled into the oil cylinder; When the slider stops moving, the filling valve closes under the action of spring force. When the slider returns, the pressure relief valve is opened by the control oil to relieve pressure, and then the valve core is opened to discharge oil to the oil tank.
The joint surface (valve, valve block, flange, pipe joint) adopts high-quality sealing rings, and the sealing at all parts of the system should be reliable to prevent air from entering the system and effectively prevent oil leakage from shell accessories and welded parts.
The pipeline arrangement is orderly and tidy, with clear color differentiation between high and low pressure pipelines. Flange connections are preferred, and sufficient shock-absorbing and vibration isolation pipe clamps are provided. Integrated connections are preferred to reduce leakage points.

Warranty period and after-sales service:
1. Quality assurance period and scope:
The quality assurance period is 12 months from the date of installation and commissioning of the equipment at Party A's factory, and all purchased standard components shall be subject to the warranty terms of the original manufacturer. All consumables are not included in the warranty terms.
Any damage or destruction of equipment software and hardware caused by human factors or force majeure factors of Party A is not within the scope of quality assurance.
2. After sales service:
During the warranty period: If the equipment cannot be produced normally due to its own malfunction, Party B will be responsible for repairing it free of charge; (Consumables, maintenance parts, fuses, indicator lights, and other consumables are not subject to this restriction.)
Outside the warranty period: Regardless of whether the equipment cannot be produced normally due to equipment failure, human factors of Party A, or force majeure factors, Party B will provide maintenance services and charge a cost fee.
After the warranty period ends, lifelong service will continue, providing comprehensive technical support and necessary spare parts.
