IIIUsage
1.The flat heating mold consists of two parts. The upper pressing plate (including the insulation block) and the screw of the tablet press are connected by a flange (the top screw does not need to be screwed tightly, leaving a certain margin for the upper pressing plate to remain stationary when the screw rotates down). At the same time, the lower pressing plate is placed on the platform, and attention should be paid to placing the insulation block underneath.
2.After inserting the connecting wire plugs on the two tablets, insert the spring thermocouple into the middle socket of the lower pressure plate and lock it.
3.Insert the triangular plug at one end of the temperature controller into it220VPower supply socket. (There should be a ground wire)

4matters needing attention:
1.Due to the high-temperature heating of the mold, the metal surface conducts heat quickly. Therefore, please be careful to prevent burns during operation (wear insulated gloves when heating the mold). After turning off the instrument, the mold still needs to be cooled for a period of time and should not be touched by mistake.
2.At high temperatures, metals are prone to oxidation, so the usage environment and sample pressure should be kept dry. If not in use for a long time, oil or industrial butter can be applied for storage.
