overview
The YMCQ-F series fluorine lined magnetic drive pump is a high-tech product that applies the working principle of permanent magnet couplings to centrifugal pumps. The pump design adopts the ISO2858 standard. Magnetic pumps are designed to solve the liquid transportation problems of flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, and precious materials in various process flows. This pump has the advantages of full sealing, no leakage, no pollution, low vibration and low noise, and is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgy, acid washing, power, electroplating, dyes, pesticides, etc. It can transport corrosive media of any concentration such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic flux, reducing agent, etc. for a long time under temperature conditions of -5 ℃ -+80 ℃. This product is not suitable for conveying media containing ferromagnetic substances, hard particles, and rapid crystallization.
Structural characteristics
1. The magnetic transmission device uses the magnetic force generated by magnetic materials to achieve power transmission. The magnetic transmission part is composed of inner and outer magnetic steel, and an isolation sleeve is used to isolate the inner and outer magnetic rotors. The motor drives the outer magnetic steel and utilizes the magnetic coupling characteristics to drive the inner magnetic steel rotor during operation, completing non-contact torque transmission.
2. Low noise and minimal vibration. The power transmission system of a magnetic pump does not have a rigid connection, and the pump shaft and motor shaft rely on magnetic coupling for torque transmission. The inner rotor is supported by sliding bearings, which have extremely high concentricity and perpendicularity. When the pump is running, except for the vibration and noise of the motor itself, there is basically no pump.
3. This pump hasAxial force balancing system and unique lubrication and cooling circuits. The balance plate, shaft sleeve, and sliding bearing inside the pump are made of hard alloy. During operation, some process fluids self lubricate and cool the transmission components, resulting in low wear, low failure rate, long maintenance cycle, and long service life.
4. This series of pumps replaces dynamic seals with static seals, keeping the pump chamber in a sealed state, eliminating shaft seals, and using magnetic coupling to indirectly drive, eliminating the troubles of "running, emitting, dripping, and leaking", with no leakage or pollution.
Material of pump overcurrent components
According to the properties of the conveying medium, steel lining F46 is selected.
This series of magnetic drive pumps has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, small volume, low noise, reliable operation, and easy use and maintenance. Widely applicable to industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and television printing, water treatment, national defense, etc., it is an ideal equipment for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and valuable liquids and various corrosive liquid media without solid particles and fibers.

YMCQ-FPrecautions for using series magnetic drive pumps
1Due to the fact that the cooling and lubrication of the bearings of the magnetic driven pump are achieved by the medium being transported, idling and reverse rotation are prohibited, and it is also necessary to avoid idling caused by restarting after a power outage during operation.
2Cannot transport media containing solid particles and rapid crystallization.
3The operating environment of the pump should be less than40Celsius,The temperature of the motor shall not exceed75centigrade.
4The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material. The operating temperature of the pump is less than80Celsius, conveying suction pressure not exceeding0.2MPaThe work pressure is not greater than1. 6MPaThe density is not greater than1850Kg/m3.
5When transporting liquids that are prone to crystallization and precipitation, the accumulated liquid in the pump should be promptly drained and the pump chamber cleaned after use.
6Magnetic driven pump in operation500After hours, the bearing and end face should be disassembled and inspected for wear, and corresponding vulnerable parts should be replaced.
7The internal and external magnetic couplings of this series of magnetic drive pumps are made of high-performance permanent magnet materials, which may pose potential hazards to the following components. Please keep the following components at a distance from the pump. in compliance with:Cardiac pacemakers, credit cards and other magnetic cards, calculators, computer disks, watches, etc.
YMCQ-FInstallation of series magnetic drive pumps
1Whether the installation of the pump is reasonable has a significant impact on the normal operation and service life of the pump, so the installation of the pump must be careful and not hasty.
2It is necessary to ensure that the pump does not exceed its specified allowable cavitation allowance during operation.
3The inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump should have separate supports and should not be supported by the pump.
4The installation location of the pump must be convenient for patrol inspection and maintenance.
5Installation sequence:
aBefore installation, confirm that there is no damage or loose fastening connections caused by any loading, unloading, or transportation processes.
bThe foundation plane for installing the pump should be leveled with a spirit level, and after the foundation cement has solidified, the pump should be placed on the foundation. If it is not level, use shims to adjust until it is level. Then pour cement into the base and anchor bolt holes through the grouting holes.
cAfter the cement has dried and solidified, the base and anchor bolt holes should be checked for looseness, and the anchor bolts should be tightened if they are suitable.
YMCQ-FStart, operation, and shutdown of a series of magnetic drive pumps
1Preparation before startup
aPrepare necessary tools.
bCheck if the direction of rotation of the motor is correct(Should be consistent with the steering label on the pump)It is strictly prohibited to idle or reverse.
cAfter everything is ready, open the valve on the inlet pipe and close the valve on the outlet pipe.
2Start up
aStart the motor, open the pressure gauge at the outlet, slowly open the valve on the outlet pipe, and adjust it to the desired working condition. Pumps should generally not be lower than30%If it is necessary to operate for a long time under the designed flow rate, a bypass pipe should be installed on the outlet pipeline to ensure that the flow rate of the pump reaches the specified range of use.
bRegularly check the motor bearings and temperature rise situation(The bearing temperature should not exceed75Celsius).
cIt is not allowed to use the valve on the inlet pipe to adjust the flow rate to avoid cavitation.
dDuring operation, if abnormal sounds or other malfunctions are detected, the vehicle should be stopped immediately for inspection. Only after the malfunction is resolved can it continue to operate.
3Parking
aSlowly close the valve on the outlet pipe(If the installation position of the pump is below the liquid level, the valve on the inlet pipe should be closed and various instruments should be turned off).
bTurn off the power.
cIf the ambient temperature is below the freezing point of the liquid, the liquid in the pump should be drained to prevent freezing and cracking.
dIf the pump is not used for a long time, in addition to draining the liquid inside the pump, it should also be rinsed with clean water.
