The plate heat exchanger is selected by a microcomputer based on the process conditions for each working condition, and the frame is composed of clamping plates, guide columns, fixing bolts, etc. Each plate has a corner hole that communicates with the corresponding connecting pipe, alternately distributing the two fluids in their respective channels between the clamping plates. The two fluids always exchange heat energy under pure counterflow conditions, causing the thin fluid flowing between their plates to create a turbulent state and forcing convective heat transfer. At the same time, it reduces the thermal resistance of the liquid film, making the overall heat transfer coefficient of the plate heat exchanger particularly high, while reducing resistance and forming many support points between the heat transfer plates, making it capable of withstanding the pressure of the liquid.

The selection engineer uses microcomputer software to accurately provide equipment selection under various working conditions, as well as the calculation and verification parameter table for the model. Based on the operating pressure, the external dimensions and model of the equipment are determined.
