Instructions for using the instrument panel buttons:

1． Hair dryer:

Control the opening and closing of the fan.

2． Set time (timed):

Dissolve time control setting key. The instrument is set to power on for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Each press of the setting key automatically deducts 10 minutes,When using the standard reflux method to determine COD, it should be set to 2 hours.

3． Heating (start):

The digestion start control button is pressed. After pressing the 'Start' button, the instrument will perform heating digestion and automatically count down from the set value (such as 2 hours). The heating indicator light will turn on. When the set time is reached, the instrument will automatically stop heating and the heating indicator light will turn off.

Instrument usage instructions:

Before powering on the instrument, as much distilled water as possible should be added from the water injection port of the reflux pipe to ensure cooling effect.

1． Turn on the power switch on the right side panel of the instrument

At this time, the instrument displays "000", "111", "222"... "999", and finally shows the maximum set value of 2 hours and 30 minutes for digestion time. The fan is turned on at the same time, and the blowing indicator light is on.

2． Change the digestion time setting value

Press the 'Set Time' button to decrease the digestion time until the final set value is 2 hours. Of course, the digestion time value can also be set as needed.

3． Start reflux digestion

Press the 'Heat (Start)' button, and the instrument will start heating, digestion, and reflux. The heating indicator light will turn on.

4． End of digestion

After digestion, the instrument displays "000" and flashes, the heating indicator light goes out, and digestion is complete.
