Measures for maintenance of YH150 air driven spray:

(1) Carefully follow the instructions and operating standards of the manual and gasoline engine manual, and use the generator correctly;

(2) Check the oil and fuel condition according to regulations;

(3) When the output power of the generator decreases or the color of the exhaust gas is abnormal, the filter element of the air filter should be cleaned or replaced (it is forbidden to clean the filter element with cleaning agents);

(4) Do not use the generator without installing an air filter;

(5) After the generator stops, the fuel tank switch should be turned off, and the starting handle should be slowly pulled out until resistance is felt, and then the starting handle should be slowly retracted to its original position;

(6) After the generator is completely cooled down, clean the body and place it in a rainproof and dry place;

(7) When the generator is stopped for a period of time, all parts of the generator should be cleaned and dried, and the control box should be inspected. If loose wiring harnesses or screws are found, they should be tightened. The painted and electroplated surfaces should be coated with anti rust oil, covered with oil cloth, and placed in a well ventilated and dry place. When reusing, they should be rechecked according to the instructions before use;

(8) After each operation of the spray, the medicine box, pipeline, fan, pump, etc. shall be cleaned and inspected in time. Reduce the corrosion of pesticides;

(9) Inspect, adjust, and tighten the motion mechanism to ensure work safety;

(10) Check the lubrication condition of the motion mechanism and add lubricating oil in a timely manner. Perform dust removal and cleaning work on the entire machine. If a diesel engine inhales dirty air, it will cause a decrease in power; If the generator inhales impurities such as sand particles, it will cause insulation damage between the stator and rotor, and in severe cases, lead to burning.
