The determination of dissolved gas content in insulating oil by gas chromatography is an effective means for power generation and supply enterprises to determine whether there are latent overheating, discharge and other faults in oil filled power equipment during operation, in order to ensure the safe and effective operation of the power grid. It is also a necessary means for oil filled electrical equipment manufacturers to conduct factory inspections of their equipment.
YGC2002 Transformer Oil Special Chromatography Instrument is a specialized gas chromatograph launched by our company for the determination of dissolved gas components in power insulation oil. The instrument adopts an advanced three detector process, equipped with TCD detector and two FID detectors. With one injection, the full analysis of the content of seven gas components dissolved in insulation oil can be completed within 8 minutes. It can be controlled by computer and remotely operated. It has the characteristics of high detection sensitivity, easy use, and compact structure.
